Chronology of cameras Gaumont
Traduction de Manuel M
Photoplastik is a stereo camera transforming itself very quickly and very simply into stereo viewer.
The body of this camera was smelted under pressure in “aéral”, stainless alloy having the aspect of silver, the lightness of aluminium, the resistance of steel and thus, nothing Plastik has.
The black shutter enamelled shining contrast enormously compared to the back part of the camera. It has the pose and the instantaneous.
The lenses “Stéréostigmats Gaumont have an aperture indicated of F: 10 (10, 14 and 20), but open much more to allow the use as stereoscope. They are eccentric. The diaphragm is with iris.
It can receive simple frames, a film-adapter or a magazine.
